REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Guest residents must be at least 62 years of age
  • Program is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Reservations may be requested no more than 3 months in advance of desired stay
  • Occupancy is limited to 1 or 2 adults
  • Pets must be pre-approved
  • Cost: $175 per night ($25 additional fee for second person)
  • Guest residents must be financially approved by Chestnut Square
  • Subject to availability. Other restrictions may apply.
